Energy Politics Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Energy Politics (the “Newsletter”), which is operated by Jennifer Considine. By subscribing to, accessing, or using the services provided by Energy Politics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

4.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your subscription, you will lose access to premium content. Any outstanding payments will remain due, and your personal data will be managed as described in our [Data Privacy Policy].

9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located there.
